SURVIVOR PINOTAGE RESERVE

A powerful yet elegant Pinotage from the master himself, Pierre Wahl. Packed with dark berries, spice, vanilla, and silky-smooth tannins. The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from 23-year-old bush vines in Swartland. Aged for 20 months in French oak – with only the 15 best barrels making the final cut.

This wine makes an impression from the very first glance, with its deep, dark red color. On the nose, you'll find ripe red berries, warm spices, and plums, all melting into a generous, velvety palate. Subtle hints of vanilla and coconut reveal the use of top-quality French oak, beautifully integrated with the fruit.

As the Fine Wine Awards judges put it: “Fragrant roses and sumac-spice before blackberry compote and cinnamon bark. The palate deepens with sappy black plum, cherries, and blueberries… Power and finesse in a silky package.”
