Thelema Vin de Hel Late Harvest

Vin de Hel is Thelema’s iconic dessert wine – a small golden bomb of Muscat that still feels light and fresh. The nose is full of flowers, honey, citrus, pineapple and dried apricot, while the palate is rich and silky with intense sweetness and a firm, refreshing acidity that keeps everything in perfect balance. The grapes are harvested late with high concentration, gently pressed and allowed to ferment slowly before the wine is aged in the cellar to build aroma and texture. Perfect with fruit tarts, blue cheese or simply as liquid dessert in a glass. Also great with cheesecake, panna cotta, mature soft cheeses or foie gras.
