Noble Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc is a golden dessert wine where Sauvignon’s vibrant acidity meets the sweetness of noble rot. The nose shows jasmine, white peach, pineapple, passion fruit, honey and toasted nuts, while the palate is rich and silky with intense tropical fruit, dried apricot and warm honeyed flavours kept in perfect balance by lively acidity. Grapes are left hanging on the vines so botrytis can concentrate sugar and aroma, and the wine is then matured in barrel to build complexity.
