Thelema Chardonnay is classic Stellenbosch Chardonnay: ripe fruit, creamy texture and fresh acidity in perfect balance. The nose offers citrus, stone fruit, a touch of butter and roasted nuts, while the palate is full-bodied but driven by a bright line of acidity and a discreet, well-integrated oak profile. The wine is fermented and aged in French barrels with regular batonnage, adding depth and complexity without becoming heavy. A Chardonnay for those who love a Burgundy-inspired style but with a bit more sunshine in the fruit. Perfect with butter-fried fish, creamy pasta, roast chicken and mushroom dishes.
