Diemersdal Waterfront Sauvignon Blanc

Cape Town Sauvignon Blanc is Diemersdal’s maritime, super-fresh take on their signature grape. Expect zesty notes of lime, grapefruit, gooseberry and a hint of tropical fruit wrapped in a salty, coastal minerality from the cool vineyards around Cape Town. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and kept briefly on the lees to add a little extra texture without losing its razor-sharp acidity. Diemersdal is a sixth-generation family estate in Durbanville and one of South Africa’s benchmark producers for Sauvignon Blanc.
