Diemersdal Winter Ferment Sauvignon Blanc

Winter Ferment is Diemersdal’s “high-tech” Sauvignon, made by freezing the juice at harvest and only fermenting it in winter for maximum aroma and freshness. The nose bursts with passion fruit, guava, gooseberry, peach and ripe citrus over a cool mineral core. On the palate it is concentrated and mouth-filling with tropical fruit, a creamy texture from lees ageing and a racy, cooling acidity. This is top-class New World Sauvignon that still carries the cool-climate Durbanville signature.

Brilliant with flavourful seafood, spicy Asian-inspired dishes, ceviche and rich, creamy soups.
